When we use AI

We may contact you using AI systems, such as an AI voice assistant that calls you, or automated texts and messages. We use them to confirm your details, answer simple questions, and arrange or remind you about your design appointment. We also use AI tools to transcribe and summarise calls so our team has an accurate record.

An AI assistant will always make clear that it is an automated assistant, not a person. You can ask to speak to a member of our team at any time, or ask us not to use AI to contact you. AI is never used to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects; your quote and any finance decision are made by people.
